With proper care and maintenance the hair is expected to last 6-2 years. Please refer to the "Care Tip Page" for Instructions.
Ikandi Bundles has various payments options available. All payments are accepted through PayPal, Sezzle, Shop Pay etc. Please select the option that is suitable for you.
Shop Pay and Sezzle are great options fro anyone looking to split payments up making it more afforable. Most customers do perfer the splits payment method.
All bundles must pass four assessments before consumers can make a purchase. The four assessments include the burn, heat, dye, and wash. If the bundles fail to pass any of the assessments the bundles will not be considered quality.
In addition, the bundles are checked for minimal shedding and odor. Most bundles will shed when you cut the weft which is normal. We check the hair to ensure it does not tangle.
Ikandi Bundles recommends co-washing the bundles with Herbal Essence conditioner this includes all textures and lengths.
Ikandi bundles recommends bleaching the knots before installing. Ikandi bundles will be offering videos on how to bleach knots and pre- pluck closures for an affordable price.
Ikandi Bundles can be colored. If you decide to color your bundles please condition your bundles. Coloring can make your bundles dry. We recommend “Color Me Happy Herbal Essence conditioner”. Herbals Essence is not a leave in conditioner please wash it out.
Yes ! Ikandi Bundles can take heat. Ikandi Bundles Body-Wave and Straight Hair can be straighten. To ensure long lasting bundles please use a Heat Protector. Ikandi Bundles recommend using Garnier Fructi’s SLEEK & SHINE anti frizz serum. This formula is a lightweight formula. The SLEEK & SHINE does not cause your bundles to be stiff.
*To ensure long-lasting curls we would not recommend straightening kinky or deep wave textures. *
All hair extensions and products purchased though Ikandi Bundles are *FINAL SALE* No Refunds
If you believe that you have received defective hair extensions please contact us through via email Ikandibundles@gmail.com. There will not be an exchange for the item if the following is present:
· Hair is combed
· Hair is dye
· Hair is cut
· Hair is taken out of the bundle and altered in anyway shape or form.
The return policy only applies if the hair is returned in its original state and its original packaging. The return must be made within 2 days of receiving the packaging.
Please complete the item defect form stating the following:
· Name
· Address
· Reason for the return
When returning the packaging you will have to cover your own shipping.

Processing Time
Processing time could range from 3-6 business days. This processing time is only an estimate. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the time frame provided above.
Wholesale orders can take 7-14 business days not including weeks or holidays.
During Holidays Delays are possibly. Please be understanding that your package will be delivered. Tracking numbers will be posted and given to all customers once the item has been processed. The tracking number will be sent via email.
Shipments
Orders will be shipped after the allowed processing time
Shipping could range from $5-12 depending on the shipping options selected
Any items that are returned to Ikandi Bundles will receive a refund the shipping cost will not be credited back to the customer
Ikandi Bundle is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the item has been delivered. We do not reimburse customers for packages that have been lost or stolen.
Delivery
Due to COVID-19 pandemic understand that there could be delays in delivery. But please rest assured your packaging will be delivered to you. Your patience during this difficult time is highly appreciated and recommended
